Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the gangcuci website, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is binding from the moment your account is registered or from the first date you access our services, whichever comes first.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the gangcuci platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

User Eligibility

To use gangcuci services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration;
• Be an individual legally capable of entering into a valid contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be located in a territory where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law;
• Register for yourself and not on behalf of any other individual;
• Not be enrolled in any self-exclusion programme on a gambling platform.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is limited to one account only. Opening multiple accounts using different information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all related accounts being closed without notice. Funds in accounts closed due to such a breach will not be returned.

You are fully responsible for all activity in your account, including bets, deposits, withdrawals and communications made through that account. Any instance of unauthorised access must be reported to the gangcuci customer support team within 24 hours.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

gangcuci accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for each method is RM50;
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour after the request is verified;
• All financial transactions are subject to gangcuci's internal identity verification procedures;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method or one registered under the same account holder's name.

gangcuci does not bear any costs or fees charged by third-party payment service providers. Any discrepancies in transaction amounts must be reported within 72 hours of the transaction date.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. If you deposit RM800, the bonus given is RM300, bringing your balance to RM1,100, and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

• Bonuses are valid for one account per individual only;
• Wagering using bonus funds alone is not permitted without meeting the minimum wagering requirement;
• gangcuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if the conditions are abused;
• Other promotions announced from time to time are subject to the specific terms included with those promotions.

gangcuci VIP Programme

The gangcuci VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Progression to a higher tier is determined by overall betting activity and user loyalty.

Cashback is calculated based on net weekly betting activity and credited directly to the account. The cashback values shown are the maximum rates for each tier. gangcuci reserves the right to amend the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice to members.

Prohibited User Conduct

gangcuci users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Using automation software, bots or any technological tools to manipulate game outcomes;
• Colluding with other users to exploit bonus or jackpot systems;
• Spreading false or misleading information about the gangcuci platform;
• Using an account for money laundering or suspicious financial activity;
• Hacking or attempting to breach the platform's security systems;
• Registering an account on behalf of an individual who has been voluntarily or compulsorily excluded.

gangcuci Liability Limits

gangcuci is not responsible for any financial losses suffered by users as a result of gambling activity on our platform. Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and agree to wager only with money they can afford to lose.

Furthermore, gangcuci does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times. Technical disruptions, system maintenance or issues beyond our control may temporarily affect access to the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

gangcuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspicious financial activity, providing false information during registration, or at the request of a competent law enforcement agency.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting customer support. Any valid balance (not subject to an active investigation) will be returned within a reasonable time.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

gangcuci operates under international licensing. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction. gangcuci makes no representation regarding the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.

Data Protection and Privacy

The collection, storage and use of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the gangcuci Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Users consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification and regulatory compliance.
